Daisy earned her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in English from Shanghai International Studies University in China, graduating top of her class. After graduation, she practiced as a corporate associate at a major law firm in Shanghai, advising small business owners in the start-up phase or considering expansion of their operations.

Daisy obtained her Master of Laws from New York University School of Law, where she served as a student advocate at the Unemployment Action Center, providing full representation to claimants at unemployment insurance hearings throughout New York City. She also interned for Hon. Gerald Lebovits at the New York State Supreme Court, assisting in drafting judicial decisions and orders on pending motions in civil cases.

Daisy joined Giordano Glaws Fenstermacher & Nash in September 2024. She is actively involved in case investigation, legal research, motion drafting, and developing litigation strategies tailored to the clients’ needs. Daisy is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
