Daisy previously practiced at a major Chinese law firm in Shanghai as a corporate associate, where she provided legal services to small business owners who are in the start-up phase or contemplating expansion of their operations.

Daisy obtained a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from New York University School of Law. As a law student, Daisy interned for Hon. Gerald Lebovits at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Term. Daisy also served as a student advocate for the Unemployment Action Center, where she provided full representation to claimants at unemployment insurance hearings throughout New York City.

Upon graduation from NYU in 2024, Daisy joined Giordano Glaws & Fenstermacher as a litigation associate. She actively participates in case preparation, conducts legal research, drafts motions, and develops litigation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. Daisy plans to sit for the New York State bar exam in February 2025, further enhancing her qualifications to serve her clients effectively and efficiently.
