Kenneth Garner
Associate
Kenneth Garner is a litigator at Giordano, Glaws, Fenstermacher & Nash LLP, where his practice focuses on the defense of general liability matters for national retail chains and public benefit corporations.
A proud Brooklyn resident and lifelong New Yorker, Kenneth’s path to the law was deeply inspired by his late mother, Alese Rubinroit, a former New York City administrative law judge.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College, where his senior thesis examined the 2016 presidential election. Kenneth also hosted a weekly drive-time sports radio show. He went on to graduate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was recognized in his first year for exceptional oral advocacy skills.
When he is not in court, Kenneth can usually be found running loops around Prospect Park. An avid distance runner, he has completed six marathons and has qualified for the Boston, New York City, and Berlin Marathons.
